How to Order Repeat Prescriptions
You can now order your repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
1) 16's and over - Patient Access - Please note you will need to register for this service, click here for more information.
2) Under 16's - Click here to order your prescription online now. You do not need to register to use this service.
3) All - Use the white re-order slip which can be found to the right of the green prescription. Please tick the items of medication you require, and place the slip in the repeat prescription box in Reception (slot in the counter) or post it to us.
Please allow 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions
The surgery can arrange for your prescription to be posted back to you (SAE required please) or alternatively may be forwarded to a nominated pharmacy of your choice. Click here to nominate a pharmacy.
We regret that under no circumstances can requests for repeat prescriptions be taken over the telephone. This is for medico-legal reasons as errors can occur in verbal communication.
