How to request a home visit
If the doctor feels you are too unwell to come to the surgery a home visit may be arranged.
If you feel too unwell to attend the surgery, please telephone before 10am.
Phone: 023 8089 9119
A doctor may speak to you on the telephone.
However please try to attend surgery whenever possible, this saves time for other patients and you may be seen more quickly.
A home visit can take as much time as up to ten surgery consultations and so they are generally reserved for the very elderly and truly ‘bed bound’.
We are grateful for your cooperation.
